Expierenced in all aspects of the Personnel Security process for DoD and Industry. Previous DoD Adjudicator and Team Chief at a DoD CAF. Subject Matter Expert in dealing with JPAS (JAMS/JCAVS) and e-QIP. Extensive knowledge of the mangement of Security Specialist to include identifying training needs to improve the overall process.

Dealing with Security processing from DoD and Industry he found a need to improve the security education and process throughout Industry. The company was developed to ensure standards are always in compliance of the NISPOM, ICD's, and DoD standards.
